Our interdisciplinary team is led by Dr. William Blake Johnson. He has assembled a team of counselors to include licensed clinical social workers and licensed professional counselors, with training in play therapy, creative art therapy and specialize in addressing the unique behavioral and mental health needs of each child and adolescent we serve.

The Children’s Clinic of Fredericksburg is a fully integrated medical and behavioral health clinic that specializes in the physical and mental health care of children , adolescents and parents/caregivers.
As a primary and urgent healthcare provider, our philosophy and practice is to intervene as early as possible to identify any medical or behavioral health condition before it becomes a problem.
Sometimes patients come to us, and medical and/or behavioral health conditions are already present. At other times, patients are referred to us that are already in crisis and require hospitalization or a patient may be ready to discharge from a hospital or treatment center.
